The Château d’Étoges in Champagne, in the Grand-Est region of France, is a remarkable listed building dating back to the early 17th century. This hotel-restaurant offers a timeless interlude, a promise of absolute relaxation. The furnishings of the rooms perfectly combine modern comfort with the unmistakable soul of the place.

It’s in the pleasant setting of the orangery that chef Anthony Thibaut reveals his talent, rewarded with a Michelin star and a toque from Gault et Millau. Drawing his inspiration from local produce, he mixes it with the produce from his kitchen garden, and the result is always up to expectations.

Between walks in the 20-hectare park, sauna, hammam, whirlpool bath and massage, you can’t help but relax.
