Right next to the Château de Chambord, in Montlivault in the Centre-Val de Loire region, the EZIA restaurant is a gourmet establishment that’s well worth a visit. On site, Nicolas Aubry, former executive chef at Christophe Hay’s restaurants, makes it a point of honor to offer cuisine as close as possible to the produce and producers he has carefully selected. At EZIA, the cuisine is inspired by the Loire region, the Nantes area, Sologne and the Guerande coast (where the chef hails from). Nicolas Aubry, still supported by his wife Laura, has also made it his mission to offer everyone a simple, warm welcome in a sober, modern setting.
