France’s gastronomic capital, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, is home to Le Bistrot de Lyon. This brasserie, whose history dates back to the beginning of the last century, is above all a renowned myth. People come here in pilgrimage to visit the four "baker’s ceilings", and to sit on its pleasant terrace in fine weather.
