Lucas Verdier promises his guests a truly romantic stay. Each of the hotel-restaurant’s 20 rooms overlooks the Normandy countryside, in a harmonious blend of classicism and modernism. Everything here is an ode to nature, including the restaurant menu. Subtle and refined, the dishes follow the evolution of the seasons, offering tasty, inspired creations. The nature experience continues with the provision of bicycles that can take you to the beaches of Normandy, the golf course or the horse-riding club.
