In Bayeux, Normandy, Château de Sully is a magnificent 18th-century edifice nestled in 3 hectares of verdant parkland. In this charming hotel-restaurant, 23 rooms are arranged between the château and the manor house. Each offers a unique decor, an elegant blend of authenticity and modern functionality. In the Le Sully restaurant, chef Victor Vrignaud perfectly revisits local cuisine based on seafood caught daily not far from the château. In addition to romantic strolls through the lushly wooded grounds, there’s a swimming pool, wellness area, tennis court and a host of other activities for you to enjoy. Bicycles are also available for exploring the nearby D-Day Beaches.

Lovely spot but the hotel is pretty tired in many places. Our bathroom had broken tiles, one hanging off the side of the bath, carpet in bedroom pretty ancient. Just needs a renovation.
