No two of the 16 rooms are alike, but all share the same refined decor and comfortable furnishings. Chef Jean-Marie Huard is at the helm of L’Andrien, the chaumière’s gourmet restaurant. In keeping with the philosophy of the place, the themed menu is built around regional produce.
