Located in Amboise in the Centre-Val de Loire region, Château de Pray is a hotel-restaurant nestled in 5 hectares of lush parkland. In this château, whose foundations date back to the 13th century, 19 rooms offer every comfort in keeping with the spirit of the place. Cécile Cariou takes great care to ensure the well-being of her guests in the woods, gardens, heated swimming pool in fine weather and vegetable garden. Chef Arnaud Philippon concocts skilful recipes using seasonal produce to extract the most hidden flavours. His philosophy and savoir-faire have earned him a Michelin star and two toques in the Gault et Millau guide.
