L&#8217;<strong>anice stellato<\/strong>, che aggiunge una piacevole freschezza. Ma l&#8217;audacia dello chef si esprime in tre &#8220;modi&#8221;: come granella, quando viene servita da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teritoria.com\/it\/ristoranti\/anicia-3622-re01\/\">Anicia<\/a>  come <strong>caviale di lenticchie<\/strong> (in una scatola di caviale) con un crumble di carpa lavorato con mascarpone, zenzero fresco, lime e aneto; come farina, per preparare<strong> blinis, galettes e pani &#8220;fatti in casa&#8221;;<\/strong> come purea, quando viene frullata fino a formare la famosa <strong>polpa di lenticchie <\/strong>che viene utilizzata per preparare una bavaroise (su cui viene posto un crumble che ricorda la terra vulcanica da cui prende il nome), una velout\u00e9, o per creare dolci come una <strong>cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e<\/strong>, una <strong>crostata di lenticchie e mirtilli<\/strong>, o una <strong>torta frangipane<\/strong> per celebrare i re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
