It is with immense pride that some Teritoria chefs have been crowned with <strong>Michelin Stars<\/strong>. Their dedication, creativity, and passion for excellence have been rewarded with this prestigious honor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-469bfbbff2cec9abef0592b50d99d8d4\">A First Michelin Star That Celebrates Exceptional Work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, <strong>Yann Tournier<\/strong>, at the helm of the restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teritoria.com\/en\/restaurants\/la-pomme-dor-4113-re01\/\">La Pomme d\u2019Or<\/a> located in <strong>Sancerre<\/strong>, in the <strong>Cher <\/strong>department, in <strong>Centre-Val de Loire<\/strong>, received his first Michelin Star. This accolade celebrates their concept of &#8220;Intuitive Gastronomy&#8221;. Located in <strong>Aix-en-Provence in the Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne<\/strong> region, this venue offers a cuisine that has won over the Michelin Guide inspectors. Teritoria&#8217;s chef <strong>Maxime Lesobre<\/strong> and his brigade at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teritoria.com\/restaurants\/chateau-de-courban-2529-re01\/\">Ch\u00e2teau de Courban &amp; SPA Nuxe<\/a>, in Courban, Bourgogne-Franche-Comt\u00e9, were also honored last night. During the Michelin Guide Stars Ceremony 2025 in Metz on Monday, 31 March, restaurants represented by their pastry chefs received the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valrhona.com\/fr\/nos-actualites\/nos-actualites\/passion-dessert-2025-10-nouveaux-etablissements-et-leurs-chefs-patissiers-distingues\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Passion Dessert Title<\/a>.
