In Gevrey-Chambertin, 15km from Dijon in Burgundy-Franche-Comté, Ô Rouge is a hotel out of the ordinary, imagined by Joy Grimal, artist and wife of owner Didier Petitcolas. A common thread inspired their imagination: it’s naturally red. Red to symbolize the earth and its roots. Red to refer to the nine local grands crus. Red because this establishment is located in the heart of the vineyards.
Ô Rouge is its name. It houses some twenty rooms designed with functionality in mind. Red is, of course, the dominant color of the furniture. These have been chosen to bring comfort and convenience to visiting guests.
