Tiffany Gastal and Maxime Kowalczyk invite you to discover inventive local cuisine in the historic setting of La Tour Rouge. This listed building, dating from the 12th century, stands on the ancient ramparts of the village of Buxy. The restaurant’s menu reflects its inspiring decor: refined and warm. Under the guidance of Chef Maxime, the dishes vary with the seasons, for recipes that are always tasty. The constant guiding principle is to use as much local produce as possible.
