Maya and Catherine Rollin have converted it into a 21-room hotel-restaurant opening onto 4 hectares of lush, shady parkland. The romantic atmosphere of the decor blends perfectly with contemporary comforts.

The château’s restaurant is run by chef Mathias Bettinger. His culinary mastery, honored with a Michelin-starred plate, is expressed through the use of local Provencal produce. The plates that adorn the beautifully laid tables offer a blend of flavors, colors and scents from the region.
