Founded in 1848, this institution has survived the centuries to become a charming hotel and gourmet restaurant. Stéphanie de Boüard-Rivoal offers her guests 12 spacious, comfortable rooms in this house of character. This timeless environment is an ideal opportunity to recharge your batteries in contact with an exceptional terroir. An in-house spa offers the perfect opportunity to relax after strolling the cobblestones of this magnificent medieval town.
Behind the stoves is chef Thibaut Gamba, who offers his own distinctive style of cuisine, based on elegance, respect for the product and the pleasure of sharing. He can rely on an experienced brigade, a network of exceptional suppliers and, internally, on La Ferme 1544, whose products Angelus supplies to its tables, in a spirit of sustainable agriculture and short supply chains.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location in the center of St Emilion. The restaurant is outstanding as well. It is very difficult to access if you have luggage, especially a larger roller bag.
