The Monastère de Saint-Mont is a thousand-year-old site with a unique soul, from which emanates a feeling of serenity. An intimate and refined place, recently converted into a hotel-restaurant, where the discreet staff are attentive to making everyone feel at home.

This historic site between Bordeaux and Biarritz boasts 11 charming, spacious rooms (one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility), each with its own unique ambience and decor. Each room has its own unique atmosphere and decor, and all offer a beautiful view of the vineyards or countryside. A Hammam suite also has its own private wellness area.

When it comes to dining, you’ll be delighted by chef Jean-Paul Tossens’ La Table, where seasonal produce from the Gers region is brought to life in a cuisine that’s both simple and gourmet. Whether in the magnificent gray-toned dining room (with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees and the Pic du Midi!) or in the former kitchen of the Monastery, everything is designed to delight your taste buds… and your pupils. An “Armagnathèque”, featuring over 80 exceptional Armagnacs, is available to round off your meal.

On sunny days, service is also provided in the Monastery’s inner courtyard, where kamado, a Japanese barbecue, is prepared in front of you. Les Bérets Noirs bistro, based on the values of sharing and conviviality, offers a selection of tapas and fine cuts of meat.

The Monastère de Saint-Mont invites you to visit its spa with jacuzzi, solarium, sauna, experience shower and hammam. Facial and body treatments are also on the menu.
