Austria’s first estate brewery, Wildshut grows ancient grain varieties and processes ingredients directly on site, working with trusted local producers for products like Mangalitza pork and Pinzgau beef. Each step of the brewing process happens on the estate, with deep respect for living soils, natural cycles and water as a shared resource. At the organic restaurant Kråmerladen, chef Stefan Sigl showcases these ingredients through a creative slow food menu rooted in the seasons.
The hotel offers 19 serene and minimalist rooms, designed with natural materials like stone pine and free from screens, Wi-Fi or telephones. A sauna, yoga and meditation room, regular workshops and a fitness space extend this commitment to balance between body, mind and nature.
