Chef Vincent Chirat’s traditional menu is rich in local produce, the basis for inventive recipes that have earned him a Gault et Millau toque and a Michelin star. The sommelier’s menu offers a wide choice of Côte de Beaune wines.
Visits to the vineyards in a Volkswagen combi with the owner, an outdoor swimming pool, massage sessions and bike rides are just some of the activities on offer, complemented by horse-riding and golf, just ten kilometers away.
