Experience lush nature and discover the know-how of a chef, known for his hams, truffles and foie gras
Patrick Duler - Chef-owner![]()
A few kilometers from Cahors in the Quercy Blanc, the Domaine de Saint-Géry is a family home built in an enchanting setting, where every detail has been designed to offer you an unforgettable stay. Nestled in the heart of a 70-hectare ecological wine and peat production estate, this former 15th-century manor house, restored since 1984 by Pascale and Patrick Duler, has been transformed into a charming guesthouse and restaurant with 5 rooms. A true haven of peace.
The Domaine de Saint-Géry also offers numerous amenities to enhance your stay: outdoor swimming pool, spring water lake, hot tub with spring water, fitness room, cooking classes, introduction to truffle hunting in real conditions. And by the end of 2025, a riding arena, stalls and grassy equestrian enclosures to accommodate your steed. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to find a course nearby, while nature lovers can explore the estate along the 12 km of private trails, strolling through woods and meadows, lakes and vineyards, truffle fields and olive groves.
When it comes to cooking, Patrick and their son Louis-Dominique are in the kitchen. Their mastery of the culinary arts, rewarded with one plate by the Michelin Guide and two toques by Gault et Millau, promises tasty gastronomic discoveries. Patrick, a chef with over 40 years’ experience, defines himself as a farmer-cook. He is particularly interested in cooking with organic products that he grows and prepares himself on the premises: wheat for making flour and bread, vegetables from the kitchen garden, fruit from the orchard, foie gras, exceptional hams voted “Best Hams in the World”, truffles, wine, olives… all produced on the estate by the Duler family.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the house offers charging stations for electric cars, shaded parking, rooms with private terraces, gardens and a wooded park. And it is happy to welcome pets. The Domaine de Saint-Géry shares Teritoria’s values: to provide an unusual, sincere and lasting experience, where each trip becomes a real discovery.
