Villa Tri Men in Sainte-Marine Combrit resembles a large family home, with just 16 rooms and 3 independent cottages. Completely renovated in 2017, its bright rooms overlook the park, which lies above the Odet estuary. The garden, planted with maritime pines and rose bushes, stretches down to the water and enjoys one of the finest views of Sainte-Marine’s port. It is a picture-postcard setting in which to savor the seafood cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Claquin. This charming establishment, shaped by the personality of its director Anne Le Morvan, is the ideal starting point for exploring Cornouaille, the Finistère coast, and the Glénan archipelago.

Noirmoutier-en-l’Île is one of France’s most unspoilt islands, with its landscapes of salt marshes, deserted beaches, and holm oak forests. On the quays of the bustling harbour, an imposing 18th-century manor house stands out with the elegance of a listed historic monument: the Général d’Elbée Hotel & Spa. Behind what was once a salt warehouse and later a customs house lies an intimate retreat of island simplicity: 25 rooms and suites, a swimming pool, a cosy lounge, and a Nuxe spa. A house steeped in the history of its region.

In Moulins-lès-Metz, on the Frescaty plateau and surrounded by six hectares of nature, 14 contemporary or Scandinavian-style lodges, set by the lake or nestled in the forest, offer a timeless, immersive experience at the Domaine de la Résidence. Each lodge features a private terrace, breakfast with local produce delivered every morning, and access to the panoramic indoor swimming pool, wellness area, walking trails, tennis court, and pétanque court. Dinner is served in the panoramic restaurant, whose plant-based identity is inspired by its 1,000 m² vegetable garden.
