At Restaurant EARL, chef Thomas Becker showcases a local and imaginative cuisine, enhanced by herbs freshly picked from the estate’s garden. Menus change daily and are served indoors or on the terrace overlooking the sea, in a warm and relaxed setting. For special occasions—or simply for the joy of it—the team also offers candlelit dinners in an intimate atmosphere. Golf lovers will appreciate the private 18-hole course, stretching to the edge of the chalk cliffs and offering a peaceful and breathtaking setting. The castle also hosts tailor-made events, in a setting that naturally lends itself to shared moments—whether private or professional. From the hotel, guests can access the coastal trails of the Jasmund forest, stroll through UNESCO-listed beech woods or relax on nearby beaches.
