Just fifteen kilometers from Lourdes in the Occitanie region, Le Viscos is a charming Pyrenean house nestled in the heart of the village of Saint-Savin. Here, over the past 7 generations, the Saint-Martin family has created 10 functional, comfortable rooms to welcome guests in style.

It’s a family affair, with chef Alexis Saint-Martin at the helm. It goes without saying that he knows what he’s doing, as demonstrated by his distinctions: a BIB gourmand in the Michelin guide and two toques in the Gault et Millau guide. Perpetuating the teachings of his elders, the chef graces his guests with authentic mountain recipes, a memorable discovery.
