Having explored the four corners of the globe, the Pace family has decided to settle down to share its vision of a sustainable, environmentally-friendly way of life. Éric Pace and his family have painstakingly renovated this XVIIIᵉ century mansion, preserving its authentic soul.
La Maison des Lamanon offers 10 apartments, accommodating 2 to 6 people, offering total autonomy thanks to personalized services: restaurant, concierge service, spa… The house is a veritable ode to the Mediterranean art of living, designed as a family home. The stone and lime walls, mingled with natural wood beams, reflect a renovation respectful of the house’s history and the environment. The sober, elegant decor features raw, local and sustainable materials, in soft hues inspired by the surrounding nature. Each room invites serenity and reflects a sincere commitment. For a unique wellness experience, the preserved XIVᵉ century vaulted cellars house a spa.
On the culinary side, at the Le Moulin des Sens restaurant, chefs Éric Larroche, a disciple of Escoffier, and Marc Fornieles craft Mediterranean gastronomy from local produce, sourced from short circuits and respectful of the seasons. Each dish tells the story of the regional producers and highlights Mediterranean gastronomy, to be savored in the intimacy of old stones or under the charm of a tree-lined patio.
