This guesthouse-restaurant holds the “Bienvenue à la Ferme” label, which stipulates that at least half the ingredients on the menu must be produced on site, with the rest coming from local producers. Naturally, this is a profound source of inspiration for the chef, who presents dishes that are organic, fresh and seasonal.
